What will you do if the recipient is not at the delivery address?
In that case the courier will try to contact the recipient by the phone number provided (if available), or will leave a business card. We will try to contact you to clarify the recipient's details. Also, the courier may leave the gift with the recipient's relatives/friends, if the sender allowed this when placing the order.
If the recipient doesn't like the bouquet due to poor flower quality, we will replace it for free or refund your money
