We will consider any reasonable claims and if necessary refund your money or perform a re-delivery at our expense.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the delivered bouquet or arrangement, please let us know no later than 24 hours after delivery. The claim acceptance period is due to the perishable nature of the product.

Assortment and substitutions
In different regions at certain times of the year, the assortment of individual flowers may be limited.
On the day of delivery, the ordered flowers (or flowers of the required shades) may not be available, especially for urgent orders (paid less than 5 days before the delivery date). For this reason, the bouquet or arrangement may differ slightly from the image in our online store catalog. In any case, each bouquet is a unique work of art created especially for you.
You can be sure - every effort will be made to preserve the shape, size and overall color scheme of the selected bouquet or arrangement.
Additional gifts and accessories (candy, fruits, vases, baskets, soft toys) may be subject to substitution based on the assortment of the delivery region.
Each bouquet is an exclusive author's work, therefore, exact correspondence of the composition presented in the photo and the original cannot be guaranteed.


Money back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the delivered bouquet or arrangement, please let us know and provide a photo of the received gift no later than 24 hours after delivery. The 24-hour claim acceptance period for product quality is due to its perishable nature.
Your request will be reviewed within 72 hours. If the fact of delivery of a bouquet or arrangement that does not meet the Company's quality standards is confirmed, we will offer you either a free replacement of the gift with a similar (or larger) one, or a 100% refund of the order amount.
